1. Services, Scope, and Approval

• Cytech Studio provides digital services such as website development, mobile app development, chatbot integration, design, branding, consulting, and digital marketing.
• Project scope, timelines, pricing, deliverables, and revision limits should be confirmed through a proposal, invoice, chat confirmation, or other written approval.
• Any work requested outside the approved scope may require a revised price, revised deadline, or separate agreement.
• Estimated launch dates depend on timely client feedback, asset delivery, and third-party dependencies.

2. Client Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate contact details, lawful content, timely approvals, and all materials reasonably needed to complete the project.
• You confirm that content, trademarks, logos, code, media, and instructions you provide do not unlawfully infringe third-party rights.
• You are responsible for reviewing deliverables before launch and notifying us promptly of material issues.

3. Payments, Invoices, and Taxes

• Unless we agree otherwise in writing, invoices are payable according to the payment milestones or due dates stated on the invoice or proposal.
• Late payment may pause work, delivery, deployment, transfer of editable files, or ongoing support until outstanding amounts are cleared.
• Prices may be stated as tax-exclusive unless we clearly say otherwise. Any applicable Pakistani taxes, duties, withholding amounts, levies, bank charges, or cross-border transfer costs may be added, deducted, or passed through as required by law or by the payment channel used.
• We may keep records reasonably required for bookkeeping, invoicing, audit support, and applicable Federal Board of Revenue compliance.

This tax wording is intentionally general because the exact treatment can change based on registration status, province, client location, and the nature of the service. It is informed by official FBR materials, but it is not tax advice.

4. Intellectual Property and Portfolio Rights

• Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, Cytech Studio retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, know-how, frameworks, reusable components, and internal processes.
• After full payment of all undisputed project fees, the client receives rights to the final agreed deliverables specifically created for that project, excluding third-party items that remain under their own licenses.
• Unless the client and Cytech Studio agree to confidentiality restrictions in writing, we may display completed public-facing work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.

5. Third-Party Services, Warranties, and Liability

• Web hosting, payment gateways, app stores, APIs, plugins, fonts, domain registrars, social platforms, and similar third-party services are outside our direct control and may change pricing, policies, features, or availability.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, services and website content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without a guarantee that every service will be uninterrupted, fully secure, or error-free.
• Cytech Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, reputational, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from use of the website or services, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
• Where permitted by applicable law, our total liability relating to a claim will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

6. Termination, Governing Law, and Disputes

• Either party may end a project for material breach if the breach is not remedied within a reasonable time after notice.
• On termination, the client remains responsible for fees earned, approved work completed, reimbursable costs incurred, and third-party commitments already made for the project.
• These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pakistan unless the parties sign a different written dispute arrangement.
• If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
